Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or was priced in error.
Payment
We accept credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.
Shipping and pickup
Orders are hand poured and usually ship within 3–5 business days. We ship within the United States. Free local pickup is available only for Huntsville and Madison-area ZIP codes.
Discounts
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and do not apply to Complete Scent Sets.
Returns and damage
Unburned items can be swapped for any scent, or returned for a refund, within 14 days of delivery. Burned items cannot be returned. Report damaged items within 7 days with a photo for a replacement or refund.
Candle safety
Follow the care and safety instructions on our FAQ page. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
