Every order is hand poured in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and packed before it ships. You'll hear from us when it's on its way.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping starts at $65, and Complete Scent Sets ship free during the annual sale week. For shipped orders under $65, the cost is based on your order's weight and destination ZIP code using USPS Ground Advantage — you'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers in 2–5 business days after your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — free local pickup is available for Huntsville and Madison-area zip codes. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you when your order is ready.
What payment do you accept?
Credit and debit cards only, processed securely right on our checkout page.
Returns & Damaged Items
Can I return my order?
Love it or swap it. Unburned items can be swapped for any scent, or returned for a refund, within 14 days of delivery. Just email us to start.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
We're so sorry! Email support@keraecollections.com within 7 days of delivery with your order name and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Something's wrong with my order.

Candle Care & Safety
First burn
Let your candle burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar (usually 2–3 hours). This prevents tunneling and gives you an even burn for the life of the candle.
Trim the wick
Trim wicks to about ¼ inch before every burn for a clean, steady flame and less soot.
Burn time
Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop when about ½ inch of wax remains.
Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable, and place on a heat-safe surface. Wickless candles are made for candle warming lamps only.
Wax melts
Each clamshell has 6 breakaway cubes. One cube gives up to 8 hours of fragrance in a wax warmer.

What we collect
Your name, email, phone and shipping address when you order, subscribe or contact us, plus basic anonymous visit info (pages viewed, device type) to improve the site.
How we use it
Only to fill your order, answer your questions and — if you subscribed — tell you about sales and new scents. We never sell your information.
Payments
Card details are handled by our secure payment processor and never stored by us.
