What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping or billing address. When you contact us, apply for wholesale, leave a review, or join our list, we collect the details you type into that form. We also count anonymous page visits (the page viewed, the referring site, and device type) to understand how the site is used.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To make, ship, and support your order; to reply to your messages; and, if you signed up, to send you offers and sale alerts. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and our website and email providers.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by replying to any message or emailing support@keraecollections.com.
Your choices
Email support@keraecollections.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
Children
Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
